"Corvus will forever be my favorite place to get a cortado in the greater Denver area, and while I love their other selections, I have to admit I go for a simple and delicious oat cortado with a single origin espresso and one of their amazing Fox and Raven pastries nearly every time. just something about it hits right every time! while I would recommend everything I tried off their menu so far, their cold brew is also particularly delicious. definitely in my top 3 favorite coffee spots in this area and will miss them immensely if I move away haha! I also love the decor/vibe of all 3 of locations I've been to, and baristas are always so kind!"

"I knew they roasted coffee, and was surprised to find this super fun coffee shop near the DTC area that will make you forget all about St. Arbucks! Clearly a favorite hang out for techies and startup founders, the vibe in here just makes you want to break out your laptop and create the next breakthrough that will enable people to live better, healthier and happier. While I am not a fan of the prices that we are being asked to pay for a cup of coffee or tea these days, nor that we are required to pay more for healthier non milk alternatives, it is a sign of the times. We can either stay home and brew our own, or we can come to a place like Corvus and take a business tax deduction! For that last piece of advice check with your tax advisor. For advice on the quality of this place...you can count on me! #LiveRemarkably, #StevieGSuccess"

"Properly roasted and brewed coffee. I always look for the best coffee I can find, and for me it needs to be better than Starbucks or Peet's. Mission accomplished. Really nice cafe with excellent coffee, free wifi, and great pastries too. I came at a busy time and had to wait for a seat a bit, and it was quite noisy to the point that I had to walk outside to take a phone call. But otherwise it was a great place to sip and chat, and I would absolutely come back."

"I’d give 5 stars easily for the coffee and service alone. Knowledgeable staff was more than happy to explain all their different coffees and their recommendations were spot on. Unfortunately, as many have already noted, this is probably the most expensive shop I’ve found in Denver (over $5 with tax for an espresso)—prices that would deter the average consumer from becoming a regular. I was also surprised that the only seating they really offered was one long communal table— another deterrent for people who like a more comfortable atmosphere to come in and relax/work while they sip. Overall, terrific coffee but only worth an occasional visit because of the price and lack of comfortable seating."

"Loved my experience at Corvus. Got the pour over coffee and it was delicious. My friend got an iced americano which was equally as good—not too bitter or acidic. The vibe was excellent and great for getting some work done. Also the pastry that we got was pretty excellent. However, I must say the prices were very high. I expect to pay high prices at artisan coffee shops but this was especially high in my opinion."
