"I bought a breakfast wrap It said it was bacon egg and potato but it only had a half a piece of bacon some small balls of sausage and mostly potato & egg. No MEAT! The cashier had an attitude while taking my order. I know Starbucks specialty is coffees/drinks but why offer food if your not going make sure the food is as good as the drinks. I paid almost 14 dollars for a nasty breakfast wrap and horrible service! I will never again go back!!! Wish I could get my money back. Had starve all morning because my lunch was 4 hours away. Why take a job if your not going to be professional and provide great customer service!!!"
"I go to this location a lot. Usually it's good but the last few times my drinks will not be full and/or missing the toppings like whipped cream. It is very irritating bc the customer will get charged for things like no ice but we still pay full price for drinks that are not so full. Doesn't seen right."
"I have to say that Drew was amazing! However the work station was disgusting! I have literally NEVER been in a Starbucks where the workstation was so dirty! At first I began to wonder if they had just been through a crazy rush. However it was calm while I was there and the two baristas (not Drew) working the station made no effort to clean up after themselves! They just kept making drinks...The only reason I had confidence to drink my drink was because it never made it over to that station! I did however, wonder how many people in the drive thru would have accepted their drink had they seen the work station it was prepared in. It's a shame they didn't take more pride in their work, definitely NOT Starbucks quality and not a location I would recommend! I don't imagine that I will be returning to this location anytime soon. It was my first visit and I must say I am definitely glad I took the time to go inside rather than using the drive thru so I could see how poorly the cleanliness standards of this location are... scary thing is, I am not one to notice this kind of thing...so it has to be pretty bad for me to notice and be grossed out enough to say...I won't be returning here...if you do decide to visit this location. I suggest going inside and checking out the work station prior to placing your order! Give Drew a shout out while you are there!"
