"Okay this just tastes like coffee with whipped cream this is the most disgusting Starbucks I've ever had I don't know if they're not putting caramel in these anymore but I had to go next door into the Walmart and buy some caramel mix it in there. I'm now going to seek out other coffee shops to give me a boost when I'm tired driving. I work hard these things I'm not cheap come on this is slap in the face when I spend my hard earned money. I dont see any sort of attempt to add any sort of caramel flavoring"

"Every fall I’ll drink a pumpkin chai tea latte about twice a day lol, and since this is my local Starbucks, this is generally the location I go to. When I go in the mornings, my drink is always made to perfection. The ladies are so sweet and I always have a good experience but when I get my afternoon drink the drink for the last about eight times has tasted terrible and the customer service is just not up to par honestly. So my advice is to always go in the morning because my drink always tastes great, and is made right, and they are so sweet but the afternoon staff clearly is just not held to the same standards."
"Worst Starbucks ever. They never make your drink right. Then they give you broken lids. You literally cannot make this up. We asked for different lids and they gave us small ones that didn’t fit the cup. No one wants to go up to an establishment a third time for another correction. There was a different time we went and we asked for extra inclusions, but it looked like they didn’t add any extra scoops at all."
