"Never had one bad experience until today. I was passenger and my mother was driving. She ordered her drink and my sisters. With a heavy Hispanic accent, the worker taking her order would say I don’t understand, I don’t know what you want. “I can’t hear you” causing my mom to become anxious and self conscious, we have never had this experience. It wasn’t until I told my mother to ask the worker if she was mad/upset. Which led to her ignoring her once again. I will not be coming back. And will let my friends/family know about this unfortunate encounter. Supper disappointed."
