"Ziggi's is my favorite coffee shop and this is my favorite location. The staff is friendly and the manager is welcoming and obviously a hard worker. I visit this location often and she's there almost every time. She greets me with a smile, my drink is always right, the store is clean and the atmosphere is fun and pleasant. You can tell she cares about her customers and her employees . Highly recommend!"
"Easily the best coffee in Colorado. It has always been fairly consistent in taste. Unfortunately my two years as a weekly customer has come to an end. While the coffee and food has been great, I cannot say the same for the customer service. There have been a few mishaps, lack of a topping or wrong order. No big deal. But in my two years as a customer, there has been one particular employee who is just flat out rude. Shoving food in my face without saying a word for example, shaking her head at the window or just bitter attitude overall. If you read through the reviews, you will spot a couple that mention similar behavior. I can only imagine it's about the same employee because we have never had an issue with anyone else. I never see a name tag, but it is the girl with the glasses who wears long nails. It has gotten to a point of feeling unwelcome. I sincerely hope management will consider reevaluating how this employee is treating their customers."
"I’ve been going here for a few months now. New to the area and hate that all I see are Starbucks. This place is incredible! They are always so sweet and seem to really care. The girl who took my order 10 minutes ago. You were amazing! Definitely recommend the melon berry tide with pomegranate and lime! Forgot the lime this time but omg it’s perfect!"
