"Employee added gratuity without my consent. Went through the drive through, the guy ran my card, and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no, and he handed my card back without giving me the portal like usual. Went inside to get my drink fixed (they didn’t use oat milk) and asked for a reprint of my receipt. The employee had added a tip without my consent. I called a couple times to speak to a manager about this, but they weren’t in. I messaged on the Starbucks website to get an email contact for the manager, but they said that wasn’t possible. So watch out there and be sure to get your receipt in the drive through. Tipping is nuts lately, but outright theft is too far."

"Love my Evergreen Starbucks! The new building is great (and much needed). Staff is always friendly and service is quick. Quick update- need to mention these guys make the best “brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso”. Wish I knew who the exact barista was, but great job by all! Updated 07/28/22. Check out the photos.
