"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My wife and I did not even get a chance to be tattooed at this place. We have now tried twice to get tattooed by them during their flash sales for holidays. The first time they were just super busy and we didn’t have time to wait so no big deal. But we tried again today, and we were originally told 2-3hours. So we added our name to the list and went home. We live farther than 15 mins away so we called after about an hour of being home and asked how long it would be and they told us 30-40 minutes. So we decided to go ahead and head over. After arrival we sat in the car for about an hour and when we went in to ask them for an update. They said it would be over an hour and told us that like 7 people were in front of us even though when we called an hour before they said about 5 people were in front of us. I’m sure the artists are great but the customer service is terrible and it seems they are adding people in front of others who were already on the list."
"Bri pierced my ear lobes. She was wonderfully friendly, professional, informative, and funny. She answered all my questions and helped me not be so nervous about my first piercings. It helped that my twin was with me! She gave me fair warning before she pierced by hand (no painful gun!), and it felt like getting a simple vaccine shot! So little pain. About 5 weeks later, I got a minor infection on my left ear. I fully accept responsibility, because I didn’t follow all her clear aftercare instructions 100%. I called her, and she happily answered my questions without scolding, gave me remedy advice, and even offered to see pics of my ears to help diagnose further."
