"Low pay and poor management. A good place to start if your brand new to the oilfields, I guess. But they are definitely a greedy company who is not even close to competitive as far as pay goes. They charge a lot to rent a trailer and the one I got was junk. Ace trailers are not good."

Makes sure his employees have enough money to make it through and a safe place to sleep. Would recommend working with him if you’re looking. One of the best owner operators out there."
