"The worst place to ever have your insurance through. The people on 42nd are rude when you call to find any info on your policy, They will hang up on you or tell you they will call back with no return call. I'm still waiting on that call 9 months later. Trash"

"We weren't able to get insurance because the down payment was too high. Nina showed us the report from the state showing claims that we never had which caused the down payment to be high. She gave us the name of the agency so we could dispute the claims. Nina knocked herself out trying to find something that would fit our budget and was very helpful. If it weren't for her we never would have known there were errors on our driving record."

The process was seamless and as far as buying insurance goes, a positive and pleasant experience. "Utter shock no one has reviewed this place before and just blasted them. These are the rudest and most arrogant group of people I've ever worked with. Fortunately they do not hold my policy. I'd rather walk if I had to have an auto insured by them. I'll never come back to check this, but I promise, if you ever read a positive review from them.....it was themselves or their mom's. I assure you people, there are other ways to get insured. I'm quite aware that people that are their customers are not qualified to be a place like Allstate or State Farm, but lack of good credit or a good place in life does not condemn you to be stuck with this outfit."
