"I called the store on Saturday 7/29/23 about a sale they’re having on boots. The store hours say they close at 5 pm, but this day they closed at 2 pm. The lady I spoke to said nothing about the store closing early. I would of dropped everything I was doing to meet their timeline. Now I will be dropping their business for wasting my time. Great customer service. Hope to see a store closing in your future!"
"So are posted hrs on doors like suggestions? Guessing times? Maybe times? The oil field sure has gotten soft in all shapes and forms. Store Opens at 10 am, been sitting here for half hr and not a soul in the store,doors locked and its 10:30. Oh Williston, I've missed you like I miss a rock in my boot."
"Super friendly staff, super helpful brought out abunch of boots to try on. They filled out my company voucher and turned it in for me. Rubber boots have year warranty leather have 6 They have socks with lifetime warranty on them and buy 2 get 3rd free this month. They even ordered a smaller size of rubber boots in for me."
"I think great place to buy boots bought boots informed me about warranty and to come in for regular oiling for the boots. I had a defective pair of boots that I bought in April and by August the lining had ripped out by the heel and prevented me to get it off my foot without a struggle but they returned it at no cost to me and gave me the same pair which are the most comfortable boots I've ever bought. Great customer service I'll be back."
