"This is the WORST Maurice’s store I have ever shopped at. Their customer service is terrible, their knowledge of how to use a register is awful. These girls don’t even know how to do a simple return. I had my receipt, brand new never worn items, Only had been a couple of weeks, so the merchandise was not out of season. Still said they couldn’t do the return. They need a good lesson in how to properly use the registers."
"The customer service at Maurices was amazing! I was greeted by a very friendly woman right when I walked in. Then while I was shopping she came and asked if I needed to try anything on. I did, so she took the stuff I had in hand and went and put it in a dressing room while I finished looking around. When I went to the dressing room my name was on the door and my clothes were laid out and hung up awaiting me. She checked on me while I was trying clothes on and went and found me different sizes. Top notch customer service from start to finish!"
