"I will never return here for my taxes! I had to buy the insurance for an audit because I don’t think she had any idea what she was doing. She wanted to know where I filed my taxes last year and asked me for a receipt and I had to return home and get it. Then asked me a question about my taxes from 2008. That’s 15 years ago. This was all so she could do my taxes. I paid $500 for my simple 1 person taxes to be file and the IRS is still showing they don’t have them and haven’t received them. It was a horrible experience and every time I told her I wanted my paperwork back she said nah it’s ok. I have no faith that I won’t be audited. I just don’t know how much hassle and how much they will stand behind me paying for this service but I have absolutely ZERO faith they filed my taxes right or even knew what she was doing! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I even told her I wouldn’t be back and tried to ask questions and just fell on deaf ears with no explanation! Update: after I called the numbers listed and transferred to everyone, I still didn’t get anywhere. Very disappointing!"
