"William has only been working for this company a short time, but has done an amazing job at straightening the property up. He is quick at fixing the issues in my unit. I give him extra props for dealing with the lying tenants that trash their units."
"Do not rent from Will! All of the units are not up to code. My unit had mold in multiple places and it took him over a month to fix flood damage that was caused by his negligence when the source was brought to his attention. The floor in my kitchen was soft and unstable the entire time I lived there and he was too busy trying to rig the other units to rent out, he wouldn’t fix it. Upon move out, he said in front of witnesses that he wouldn’t charge me but for a few items and I would get my deposit back. He not only took my entire deposit, he’s charging me over $400 extra. Beware"
