"Management doesn’t do their job. You can keep complaining about having smoke come up through your windows or balcony, no one cares. Cooperate will tell you they will look into it but never get back and skunk smell, we all know what that is.. come on.. I mean this is ridiculous with kids around not to mention the second hand smoke. Do not recommend this place! Do not take care of their tenants or their buildings."
"Highly suggest not wasting your time or money moving here. Moved out in March of 22, it is now June 22 still haven’t received my deposit back. Just get the run around when I’ve called regarding my deposit. Lived there for one year- problem after problem. Moved in to a dirty apartment with food still in cupboards and fridge, food all over the ceiling, carpet destroyed, garbage everywhere, food on walls in all rooms, dishwasher broke, fridge destroyed, microwave broke. Poor maintenance- hallways disgusting never kept up always dirty. Winter is a nightmare, driveways take days to get cleared of snow. Maintenance requests take months. Management is a joke."
"Decent prices, nice and clean, spacious, garage included in rent. Three floors, not enough 3 bedrooms available, there's always a waiting list. So if there were elevators and more three bedroom available definitely would give it 5 stars. Management is wonderful."

"They charged me $750 dollars when I left it spotless they are greedy people... I would not clean it because they will leave you with nothing whether its clean or not"
