"Lived there for 3 months. Txt manager if I needed a 30 day notice. Was told no I didn't. When moved out she didn't wanna give me my deposite back... ended up only getting 50 out of $500. Apartment wasn't damaged and was nice and clean. And when we spoke about the deposit, you never mentioned any of this. Only 30 day notice. Learn to accept your mistakes and not try to rip off oil field workers"
"I have been living here for approximately six months and I just have to say Vicki is by far the best apartment manager I’ve ever dealt with!!!!! She is always personable when my wife and dog visit she is always quick to speak to them and of course have doggy treats for Dakota. I had a leak in my bedroom coming through the light in the first big snowstorm we had when the snow stayed on the roof for a while. I sent Vicki a text and within an hour she had Dre here to check it out and he said we needed an electrician to take the light down he was here within two hours. They decided they would need the roofing company to take care of it and Vicki let me know they would be here by the end of the week. We had the second snowstorm come in that Friday night so they didn’t get here until Monday afternoon but they stopped in to look at it and then we’re on the roof fixing it and then after making sure it didn’t leak again Vicki checked with me and then had the electrician back to put the light in. I would recommend this place to anybody it feels like home and you just don’t get that very many places you go to, definitely five stars for Vicki. LZ"
