Fairways at Hunter's Run

"I highly recommend not staying here. I had to clean my apartment when i moved in due to being dirty and them leaving a bunch of the previous tenants trash. The couches had crap in the cusions and left dirty dishes. The management is very hard to get ahold of and never return your calls or tenant messages through the website. It took almost a month to get my wifi setup properly. Lastly I accidentally overpaid on my last months rent and still haven't been refunded, even a month later. So they kept my deposit as well as an extra $900. And wont return my calls or messages."

"I lived at Fairways for 1 1/2yrs and HATED every minute of it, my hallway bathroom flooded and NO ONE came to fix it, no one even answered the phone for a whole 9 days and still no one showed up! I've been out of that place since June 1st 2023 and I still have yet received any form of my security deposit and I keep being told it's been sent and still nothing! I am about to take this to court cause I am so done with this company and them not following threw on anything! I had maintenance requests for over a year that never got fixed or anyone came by. Stay clear of these people!!"

"We have been calling and sending emails non- stop about our AC. The only time they answered us was when my husband posted a bad review about the apartments. They said they would come and fix it and they still have not come. We have been complaining about this problem since March and nobody listens or does anything about this. Stay away from these apartments! Save yourself the headache!!"

"Extremely disappointed in the way that this has turned out . Not one thing has been taken care of from the day we moved in!!! Poor poor management ( aspen) in the office hasn’t returned a single email regarding our issues with our apartment we’ve sent her for over a month being completely ignored and ghosted !!!!! recommending anyone whose looking into this place to move on some where else , your better off getting walls to talk then to get Any communication back from management or maintenance !!"

"I lived at Fairways at Hunters Run for a few months now, and so far have had the best experience out of all the other apartments in the area. The gal in the office (I believe her name was Aspen) has been super helpful and welcoming. She has never failed to respond to any of my questions or needs with much patience. I also always see her doing something around the property. Makes me feel like she may be the only one out there, with little to no help, running the place. Definitely have and would recommend to others."
