"We lived I'm Bison Run during the time jobs were closing due to covid. We were not essential workers so both our jobs closed. We still made a way to pay the $2400 monthly rent all the way until One month before our lease ended. We reached out to Vicci to let her know we would habe to move. She came by the day we Left to inspect the unit. She told us we were good to go. We cleaned the unit thoroughly. We received assistance to pay the last month's rent. We were told we didn't owe anything as our lease was about to be up. That was two years ago. Last week it showed up on our credit thet we owe almost $4000 to Bison Run. Now we have been unable to get Vikki or anyone for that matter on the phone. We were amazing tenants. We met all obligations. Imagine being in the middle of purchasing a home then a collection thay you don't owe shows up on your credit."

"Just don’t do it. HORRIBLE management. Vicky is a nightmare to deal with. We ended up being cheated out of hundreds of dollars. We spoke with lawyers who all advised us we didn’t have to pay for the costs because our downstairs literally flooded, but the management at bison run is so awful we were happy just to write the check so we never had to deal with these people again. Even though they received AND CASHED THE CHECK, they sent our account to creditors and we didn’t know for months. Wonder what that did to our credit score... just do anything else, neighbors agree. This place sucks."
