"I rented from Elaine/North Gold Realty/Fendee estates and it has been the most frustrating and horrible rental experience. When I moved out I left the apartment far better than when I moved in. I even cleaned the yard and outside windows, you could have ate off the floors. I was told I would receive my deposit back and it’s been since the first of July and have not received it. After many emails to Elaine that were never answered I emailed Rachel, who was always so helpful, she indicated Elaine had health problems and would be in touch. After waiting another few months I reached out again and again. I’ve been calling numbers on the websites and have gotten no where. Every encounter with Elaine from day one has been disappointing. She is neither professional or courteous, surely lacks any interpersonal skills or customer service ability. People should be efficient at their jobs and do what they say they are going to. DO NOT rent from this company… misleading and fraudulent!!!"

"I've rented from Elaine/North Gold Realty/Fendee Estates for 3 years. Any issues I've had or maintenance problems were addressed and fixed in a timely matter including AC servicing and then AC replacement the following year, She was very prompt about getting them out to fix it. When the fence blew down in the storm (along with everyone else's) there was quite a list of repairs needed done and they were overwhelmed, I offered to fix my own fence due to my dogs and all materials were provided to me to do so as well as help from the maintenance guy after hours when I asked for more concrete mix. I still live out in Fendee Estates currently but have no complaints."

"Do NOT!! Rent from Elaine! She is the worst landlord I have ever dealt with. Her manager has a serious attitude problem and will never pick up! Elaine is as rude and unprofessional As they come! When you move out she will charge you for stuff that wasn’t broken when you moved out. I had a professional cleaning company clean the house apon moving out and carpet cleaned and she is claiming the house was dirty and she still had to clean it which is an out right lie!!! The place is way over priced and she will say rude things about you to the people that work for her right in front of you while she’s on the phone! Any time we needed something repaired it seemed they had fired and rehired a different maintenance person. All of which had no idea what they where doing. We where told different things by all the people working there and no one would give us a strait answer. One maintenance person told us we are not allowed to change light bulbs because that was part of his job then by the next one it was the total opposite. Horrible people to work with and they blame everything on someone else."
