"I highly recommend not renting from this company. If you have children you’re not allowed to have any toys in the yard. They also require ppl who are renting to make repairs to the porches or decks. They can’t keep a good manager. There has only been 1 manager that actually did a damn good job. They also have a ton of condemned trailers that are major eye sore and stink due mold and stray cats. They also cannot keep up with maintenance of the empty lots. Grass is majorly overgrown during the summer."
"I got charged for a new carpet in my living room, which costed over $1800 this is a picture I took right after shampooing the carpet before I left. I am a very clean person and never got charged this much at any apartment I have ever lived in. They also charged me for my key fobs and garage door opener that I did return to them. They charged me for garbage removal when there was nothing left in the apartment or garage. I would not recommend renting from this company. I was paying 200-400 for electricity in a apartment. This place is just not worth the hassle, the lady I called at greystar was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called to talk about the key fobs that were returned, meaning there isn't even anyone who can explain in a kind way why your getting charged so much money."
"I’ve lived here for over 3 years now. Since the management and maintenance staff changed the improvements to the properties have been drastic. No issues with anything and when an issue does arise they are quick to repair it. I highly recommend these properties to anyone that’s looking to rent."
