She tried to keep my id and my wife who was paying got no attention from her. Unfortunately I did not get her name, she was light skinned wearing a brown hoodie."

"Usually I love this place. I come here for all my vape needs and usually everyone is very professional. Till today.. Today I went in to grab my usual stuff and there’s a new girl up front. She immediately demands my ID before I can shop. Never had that issue before but okay. I hand her my ID. She says she’s gonna keep it till I’m done even though they don’t let us look at boxes or anything, so I can’t even steal. I told her no thank you, give me my ID back because I’ve had issues with stores trying to steal my ID. She then immediately becomes rude. Barely wants to deal with me. I told her when I walked in that me and my wife would BOTH be shopping. I ask for the vape I want and she totally disregards my wife, barely even allowing her to speak before trying to check us out. We told her we still needed the second vape. She sighs and goes to grab the stuff we need. Now at the register, I’m a member. I provide my phone number and instead of asking if I would like to redeem my points nor allowing me to tip she pushes us through the process. Whatever. The other lady who’s normally there starts a conversation with us and allows us to try the vape, cause the other girl wouldn’t. She then tried to hand MY RECIEPT FROM MY PURCHASE USING MY OWN CARD, to another customer. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude. Frankly if a new vape shop opened in the same plaza as my business I would be polite to regular customers, apparently this female didn’t feel that way. Must be nice to be 21 and without a care in the world on your level of disrespect to frequent customers. Guess I can take my business to the new shop in the exact same plaza. Avoid this place yall. They used to be good but are SLIPPIN HARD with the new kids these days. Oh well, guess I won’t be coming back."

"Would give 0 stars. Bought a disposable vape and I tried in the store like they suggest to make sure it works. As soon as I got back home the thing started auto hitting when it was sitting on my counter and wouldnt stop until it blinked, then did the same thing again until it was basically dead. I went back to the store and showed them in person what was happening. I had my receipt with me and under their policy I should have been able to exchange it, but they basically told me to f off. Not only is everything overpriced, but they wont take responsibility for selling customers defective products. Just go to your local gas station over this place."
