"I have enjoyed shopping there. Always got good product. This latest visit made me frustrated. I bought 2 on Friday. Then Sunday night the indicator lights letting you know battery and juice level turned on and stayed on all night. It was not plugged in. When I woke up and plugged it in and it charged to 99 in like a minute but still wouldn’t work. I took it back and they said they only do same day returns I get that for certain issues but this was in no way my fault. And all they did was offer 15% another cart. I just don’t understand how it broke within 2 days and yet they barely did anything. I was highly disappointed. It sucks cause they had my favorite brand and now I don’t know if I could go back."

"Not only are they fast and friendly but the prices are great also!! I’ve been in this store dozens of times and have never walked out feeling dissatisfied. Their rewards program is awesome. You don’t have to buy hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of products to get discounts like you do at other places. Although this place isn’t the closest vape shop to me, I’ll always drive the distance to this store."

"I honestly dread whenever I have to come to this store if my usual store is out of what I need. Why do I dread this store? 1.) All the employees except for one of the guys act like you're a nuisance (don't talk except for the bare minimum, don't smile and have a bored tone to their voice.) 2.) I have yet to experience an employee that actually has real product knowledge about their products. 3.) They do not prompt you to type in your phone number for rewards (you have to ask) 4.) Employees just lack any sort of customer service in general and aren't their to find you the right product for your wants and needs. 5.) Everytime I've come except for that one guy I've left feeling like I bothered them by coming in. If you're looking for a good shop I recommend Vapergate which is hands down the best shop I've been to, extensive knowledge and great service every time. I'm honestly surprised that deja vu is still open with how they handle business. I never come here unless I absolutely have to and this store is less than 5 minutes away from me. The vapor shop is much better as well."

"I have to say that these ladies are beyond words. In every way I have been satisfied with the store also. I go at least 1 to 4 times a week. Not just to purchase but the welcome feeling keeps me coming in and hanging out. I really enjoy the complete experience. Also they are great with surprises for the customers. Love y’all.
