"I accidently placed 2 orders of the same lock diary, but only needed one. I went to pick up just 1 and told the lady to cancel the other one, but instead she entered it as picked up and I was charged TWICE when I was only given ONE of the diaries. Dishonest customer rep and bad experience."

"Bad experience with my daughter's ear piercing. The staff Angel or Angela did my daughters ear piercing and the next day one earing fell off. I went back with the diamond to get re-pierced and she told me they only do that if it was lost and nothing they can help me with. She send me out just like that and told me find other claire's. She was so rude and had bad bad attitude. I will not recommend it. Rather go to the mall they have better customer service."

"Last month I brought my baby in and the two girls did her ears prefect and I went in to get my sons left ear pierced and the girl there was so rude she didn’t even greet me and she did my sons ears so bad he was bleeding and she said it was normal and I’m pretty sure it’s not to bleed out bad and it was a DIAMOND the best quality and I asked for a manager and she said no because she’s the manager and still made me try to pay the full amount I told her to redo it and she said no and I kept telling her it wasn’t fair regardless I’m never coming back here again terrible"
