"I have gotten a few rings from here in the past years and I loved them. Unfortunately one I wear often broke at the size seam and it was an expensive ring. I took it in to get fixed assuming since I got it from there it would be free of charge. No. He never called me when it was done, i had to call multiple to finally get an answer 3 days later and he charged me $20! He is obviously not confident of his products if he needs to charge to fix his own merchandise. I'm very disappointed and my boyfriend and I will be returning some recently purchased jewelry and not returning due to the chance of it breaking, unfriendlyness, and repair cost."
