"The owner took down a necklace for me that I was looking at. He quoted me $55. I told him I would go have lunch and think about it. When we came back, there was a $65 price tag on it and he said "sorry, I must have misquoted you. I said 55 but it should be $65." Because we were on our honeymoon, my husband paid the 65 and we left but we are shocked at this guy.... who does that?! That was super unethical. He should have honored what he quoted me!"

"Wow! I feel like I just was at my grandma's house. The warm and caring way I was treated today will stay with me. I was greeted by the shop owner, Amelia (I hope I remembered that correctly) I had my husky doggie with me and she was more than happy to have me. She was sweet to him as well. She was very helpful. Trying to shop with a leash can be tricky. But she made it simple. I fortunately stopped outside the shop to snap a pic and she ran outside to bring me the delicious Mango tea I left on a shelf. That really made me smile and before I left , she was giving me hugs. You don't meet folks like this every day. Wow! I will always come here and spend my time and $. Thank you for your kindness."

"Jewelry is really pretty and decent priced for the most part. They folks were friendly, but making rude remarks about other workers and that just builds a culture of negativity and it made me feel uncomfortable. Up to the point, I felt like I no longer wanted to buy from them. However, I brushed it off since the last we were there we received great service. They do watch you like a hawk to the point it’s annoying and you don’t shop without having someone constantly watching you. They do seem to judge you based on your clothing. Store is decent in size and various other clothing and souvenirs. I might be back if I need later more jewelry for family. Anyways it worth visiting if you are in silverton. They do sell black hills jewelry."

"I am shocked by how rude the owner’s son is! He came running out of the store, yelling at me because I parked my UTV in front of the store. He proceeded to rant about UTV’s and how much he hates UTVs and the drivers because we’re rude and make a lot of noise in town. I was completely caught off guard by his behavior, and when I asked what his deal was, he retorted, “I hope you crash and burn!” If you are an outdoor enthusiast and own any type of ATV or UTV, DO NOT SHOP HERE!"
