The Light Box at Stillwater Music is a vibrant institution located at 1316 Main Avenue in Durango, Colorado, United States. This 2,000 square foot multipurpose venue is dedicated to building community through music education, performance, and play.

Equipped with flexible seating, a movable stage, a sprung floor, theater lighting, and a professional sound system, The Light Box is designed to accommodate a wide variety of performing arts including music, dance, visual arts, theater, poetry slams, fashion shows, film screenings, recitals, classes, meetings, and more.

This venue serves as an additional space for Stillwater's music students to learn, rehearse, and perform, while also being widely used as a community asset. With a weekly teaching schedule that leaves the venue available for other uses nearly every Friday through Sunday, The Light Box is also open for local, regional, and national performers, as well as for rental to local artists and organizations.
