"Ripped me off for over $400. They called to have a windshield replaced on one of their company vans. I replaced the glass without any issues - except they refuse to pay or respond now that it’s done. These guys are criminals. Please google their long list of lawsuits and consumer complaints. Do not let them into your home or business."

"Bad, bad and BAD. First I had a new Rheem hot water heater installed about 2 weeks ago by Delta Mechanical-Through HomeDepot. When the City inspector came, he discovered a gas leak. The same technician from Delta (Louis) came the next day and fixed it. About 3 days later, discovered I needed an expansion tank added to my Hot Water heater, Louis came out, installed it, and tonight I noticed its leaking in two places. This is Saturday night- 2-3-2024, just left a Voicemail on their phone. Beware of this business."

"I ordered water heater and installation through Home Depot, and installation of my water heater was done through Home Depot by Colorado Delta Mechanical. When they came to install the water, the installer’s manager told me on the phone that a 3” vent pipe is required as per Broomfield City code and that it needs to be changed from the existing 2” vent pipe and it will cost me another $950 extra for it. I told him that my house quite new built in 2014 and it should be per the current code. He said that the code had change since then, and if I don’t change it, it will not pass the city inspection. So I had no choice but to agree to pay another extra $950 to change the vent pipe from 2” to 3” pipe. On 11/16/23 the Broomfield city inspector came and I asked him about the change in code requiring 3” vent pipe. He said that the codes have not been changed at all, and they go by the installation booklet which clearly states that a 2” pipe or 3” pipe can be installed. He said that they shouldn’t have changed it, because the existing 2” vent pipe was per code. Then I called Delta mechanical and explained to the receptionist Tristen about what the inspector had said and since it was an unnecessary work done that was not required per code, I would like to be reimbursed back my $950 that they charged me. She put me on hold and then said that her supervisor Tiana will call me back to discuss about it. I waited the whole day for her to return my call, but did not hear anything from her. I called again the next morning and spoke with Tristen telling her that her supervisor Tiana had not called back yesterday. She then put me on hold and then said that her manager Pavlin will call me back today. I waited the whole day and still did not hear back from the manager. I then called at 3:10 pm today and spoke with Briana to explain all over again She then said that her supervisor is gone for the days I told her that I’m tired of calling again and again, and that I would like my money refunded. She then said that Tristin will call in a few minutes from her personal phone. I’m still waiting and have not heard back from her.. I called again around 4:10’pm, the receptionist said that Triana is not in office and that she will email to her and that they will call back on Monday. I have been given the round around on the phone and have not been refunded my money. Home Depot should not hire this company to do their work. I trusted this company because of Home Depot. If they do not refund my money, I’m going to take them to claims court. Will file a complaint to Home Depot and BBB. Below in the photo is the proof that a 3” vent pipe was not required. The existing 2” pipe was per code. It was an unnecessary work done, just for them to squeeze more Money out of their customers. By the way the installer's name was Rumen Katsarovwith who didn’t speak any English. He had to use the phone translator to communicate."

"If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I contracted this company to install a tankless water heater that cost me a small fortune and they did a poor job. The vent is sticking out on my patio right outside my back door. Its about a two foot pipe sticking out on my deck area.the installer never asked where to put the vent and it could have on the other side where the AC init is. The pipe was shown to me by the city inspector never the installer. I would not recomment installing anything with them. I have tried many times to get them to move the vent and I get no response at all. Checkout the vent in photo by your grill and right outside the door. I can't even add a deck without having to move the vent first when they could have asked where to put it."

"Nathan performed a like for like Water Heater replacement for our household. It's work I could have ultimately performed myself, but I was interested in no-hassle quick turn around on a water heater. What I needed is what I received; quick, knowledgeable, and hassle free service. The work looks good. The response was excellent. My concerns were answered. I'm not clear what more anyone could ask and so I give 5 stars. The labors costs are sobering, but this is what I chose. I do not regret that decision."
