"I had A-1 sprinkler start up my lawn sprinkler system May 11 and asked how much I owed . Wrote a check for $80.00. On May 13 noticed problems with 3 sprinklers. Called and asked if they would stop by and adjust sprinklers that were not working properly. Ivan came and made several adjustments. I then received another bill for $80.00 plus $5.00 for gas and a repair. In 40 years anyone I have had stands behind what they do and makes adjustments when needed. Have never been charged twice to get system going. Very disappointed."

"After many phone calls, none returned, I called another company with the same name in a different city. Minutes later, I received a phone call from Ivan, made an appointment for an estimate, which he missed. When he showed up (late), everything went as scheduled. When they came back to do the work, they were prompt and did a great job. Once they got here, I was very pleased with the service. Very friendly people."
