When they weren't able to find the parts that I needed for my son's tablet, they gave me back the service fee because it's not fair to charge so I was very thankful for that. We didn't expect a new laptop, I would have been happy to epoxy the casing but they made the laptop look new and even cleaned the screen and keyboard! "Brandon met us up front when I walked in. He was super personable. Had a short conversation with him while he got the device checked in. He verified he had the right device in his system. He quoted me 2 hours to fix the phone screen and when I showed up 2 hours later it was done and works good as new! Definitely recommend this store of you have any device that needs repaired."
