"Took a laptop into their shop twice once for a charging issue, the second was after the first time the internal wifi stopped working we took it back for the WiFi issue which they fixed, but the charging issue is not fixed. There is something wrong with the charging port as we have to constantly wiggle the cord to get the laptop to charge the battery. So far it hasn't been the greatest experience for laptop repair. "Won't lie, the location sketched me out a bit. However, I took my laptop in hoping they could solve my issues trying to clone my hard-drive after I'd tried many ways myself. Amazingly, they solved the problem the same day, and returned my computer with upgraded hard drive at a very reasonable price! I was super impressed, and they were incredibly communicative and transparent. Would definitely recommend to anyone having PC issues! Can't say enough good things about the experience. I virtually never leave reviews but this was too good not to!"

You won't get the service other stores provide - basic/half hearted diagnostics with immediate suggestion to reload the operating system. This team finds the problem and fixes it!
