"Very efficient communication regarding the status of my laptop repair and offered good recommendations on how to prevent future issues from recurring. They were very responsive to questions I had during the repair process as well. The diagnostic focused on the root of the problem (cooling fan not operating properly in my case) but they also gave options and recommendations for other items as well such expanding storage space but were not at all pushy in upselling any services. Will definitely come back here for any future repair needs."

"Gentleman not very kind. Week and half wait time to even look at the lap top. I was having key board issues they said it had a spill and it was sticky which is why it was acting up. They let me know I would need a new key board. Look I’m no expert, I asked if they could just try and clean it first to see if that would help before having to replace it. $75 non refundable fee to look at it or put it toward service, they wouldn’t even try to clean it. They said it probably would not work any ways. So I took it to a different place to get a second opinion, they called me 2 days later and said it was sticky and they cleaned it for me and it was all working good for even less than the $75. Which the service was quick and they were honest I would have happily paid more."

"Mike and Skyler have been the BEST with repairing my Surface (which literally NO ONE ELSE WOULD EVEN TOUCH). They worked diligently until they found the issue and were able to fix an almost brand new laptop and save my data. The charger port on a fluke went out, parts so hard to find, but they did it! Love them! All future repairs on Apples, Microsoft, cell phones, etc. Will be coming here. I'm moving to Illinois soon and will even ship here because I trust them that much!
