"After a decent start (quote was provided in a timely manner and part of the work was done within a reasonable time frame), things went south. The project was broken down into three parts: 1) Wind damage repair, which was completed in the expected time-frame, but unfortunately left some of the existing, only three year old metal roof with deep scratches through the powder coating. This could lead to rust issues in the coming years. 2) Installation of a snow stopper, which was completed, but we found that several fasteners were not tightened at all. This poses a falling hazard onto an area where people walk. 3) Leak repair on a small flat section of the roof. The estimated time frame for this project was mentioned to be one work day. The quote was sent end of July and the work order was issued next day. It is now three months later. E-mails remain unanswered and phone calls always end with the promise to complete the work as soon as possible. Given the high reviews on Google, we were hopeful to have found a reliable, albeit a bit expensive roofer (apparently ~$200+/h per person). Unfortunately, our experience is that Signature Services is just another 'guy with a truck' kind of business, and we are now left with a leaky roof at the start of winter."

"I can not say enough good things about Signature Services. Their customer service, integrity and professionalism shone from beginning to end. If I had to describe them in one word, it would be "trustworthy". I felt so comfortable and good working with them, and having them work on our roof. I would highly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. (Though their work is so good, I doubt I'll need it anytime soon!) Mike was clear and quick in his communication, and I was never left wondering what happened to them (which has happened to us with other companies!). They got there when they said they would, and went above and beyond in their work (for example, taking care of little details like extra rivets to keep it more secure, that I would never have noticed, but makes it better). Standing seam metal roofs are more delicate to work with, and I really wanted someone with great expertise and experience, and I feel like we definitely got that with Signature Services!"

"My husband and I urgently needed gutters on our house, and after getting the runaround from another gutter company for a month, the urgency of the situation was mounting when a week of rain was predicted in the forecast. I gave Mike a call on a Monday morning, and he was able to rearrange his full schedule in order to have gutters installed on our house that Thursday! The whole process was hassle-free from start to finish...Mike was super responsive and so good at communicating every step to us. Options for downspout placements were carefully discussed and then installed exactly as we had requested, and we are so happy with the finished product.
