"We just had Jeff Meuse from Apple Aire do a service/maintenance inspection on our heat pump system, and he was fantastic! Jeff was very polite and professional, and extremely knowledgeable about our system and heat pumps. He was very thorough and answered ALL of our questions and explained and showed us maintenance tips and items. He even told us items and options on our system we were never aware of. Also, Alyssa in the office was very helpful in setting up our appointment. We would highly recommend Jeff and Apple Aire for heat pump and HVAC service!"

"Decent pricing, good recommendations for unit, but the install was not done as good as it could have been. We called them but they haven’t come out to address and of course we already paid so they have no incentive to fix it. Everything works fine. It is where they installed the PVC pipes that needs to be shifted over because it is too low and interferes with the walkway (see pics).UPDATE: Shortly after the comment the company reached out to us and stopped by to look at the PVC, they said it would be fixed but they never followed through on their commitment to correct."
