He was knowledgeable and took the time to show and explain everything he was seeing. Refreshingly, Jason did not apply any pressure when it came time to decide our course of action moving forward. He was upfront on what the costs would be, those costs were fair, and he gave us the details necessary to make an informed decision. I will not hesitate to use Big Apple Plumbing again for any futures needs."

"Jason and Disraeli are amazing master plumbers. With the two of them working together, the new plumbing additions and replacement of old pipes went very quickly. They were able to meet every request I had and kept me informed throughout the entire job. They added a new washer box in the garage, new plumbing for a basement remodel including a new full kitchen, full bathroom, and washer/dryer. They also installed the new tub/shower, and frost free hose faucets leading outside. I will be using Big Apple Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs."

"Jason and his team are amazing! We had a leak for who knows how long because we are very rarely in the basement and I called about 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday. Monday morning Jason came and assessed the situation which was drastic enough to be a 2 day job and from start to finish Jason was super professional and made sure to educate us the whole way through. The team made sure to lay down protective things for our floor and they were very efficient. I am very pleased with the outcome and am showing before, during and after photos. I would recommend this company anytime you need anything plumbing. Jason knows what he is talking about and exactly how to fix it right the first time. "This company is as good as it gets! The owner Jason came out himself replaced my leaking water heater same day! He was very friendly and absolutely loved our dog. We have had some poor experiences in the past with plumbers but this by far was the best experience we have ever had with a plumber.
