All About Sprinklers

"Let me tell you about my experience working for Shane. 1st he cheats his employees out of pay. 2nd when issues with our clients properties would be reported to Shane, he just ignores his workers, and waits for his clients to complain directly. 3rd Shane gives little to no directions to his workers, and sometimes I would even be sent to a property to mow, and the client would be surprised I was there since Shane never called or even sent a bid for the work, making a few of my first meetings with Clients, awkward. 4th did I mention that Shane cheats his employees out of hard worked pay. He thinks it's ok to make his own deductions like taking 2 1/2 hours off of a days work total so that he won't have to pay overtime wages, or 20 hours of deductions on a 2 week pay check, because, well I don't know why, he refuses to talk with me why. And yes I will be reporting Shane to the Division of Labor Standards and Statistics for illegal deductions and failure to pay overtime. In summary do not hire this company, and please do not work for Shane. He is the most disorganized and crooked boss I have ever had."

"Promises promises. Said all the right things to get the job knowing I was headed out of town. Two months later, job still not done. I withheld half the payment until the system was working, withheld 1/4 of the payment as Shane didn't properly seed and didn't spread any straw. He never went back, so I hired someone else finish with the last 1/4 meant for AAS. Now I find out he didn't install a necessary exterior value which would have allowed fall blowout. You decide if this is the sort of company you want to work with???"

"Worst landscaping company in this valley, do not what ever you do consider using there services. The owner and Forman have the worst customer service! Any place but this one. Ill save you the headache and money, just use a better company."

"Called and got and estimate for some repairs. A few weeks went by and I had to call and find out when they would be out to fix my system. About a week later someone came out and dug up part of my yard and for the boxes and then left with the water shut off to both the front and back. After another month, they finally came back out and finished the job but after all my landscaping and yard had died from not being able to use the system at all. I did not receive an invoice for over 4 months and when the called about it, the amount had jumped almost 50% without a word during the process. I have requested 4 separate times to get an estimate of getting the rest of the system done correctly and have never received it. I was told that they would come out and blow out my system for the winter, but no one ever called back. I received a phone call last week that I would be met at home to go over some issues and the plan for the rest of the yard and they were a no show with no phone call to tell me otherwise. The work they did was good work, but they are sseriously lacking in communication. I would not recommend them for your sprinkler needs. I now have to go find another company to fix my issues from the winter and give me an idea how to correct my overall system."

"Tim came and took care of a sprinkler issue for us last year, replaced the pump. This spring we couldn't get the pump to fire, and he came by and fixed us right up - no charge. The company that blew out our sprinklers last fall disconnected a wire! From now on we'll have Tim exclusively work on our system."
