"Dylan provided remarkable service. I own a local coffeeshop that depends on an espresso machine for basically every aspect of my service. As soon as my espresso machine started acting up, I sent him a message explaining the issue. He got back to me literally instantly. He offered a free phone consultation and I sent some videos of the issue. I was expecting to have to wait several days to a week to schedule a maintenance/repair visit, but he offered to come in promptly. He did a lot of due diligence in contacting the service department of the manufacturer of my machine for more insider knowledge on the idiosyncrasies of my machine on top of his already extensive knowledge. He went above and beyond to make sure he had an opinion from the manufacturer. I was able to resolve the issue with my machine due to his help. Top notch service and knowledge. Highly recommend!"
