"It is with some regret that I write this review. I have dealt with HUB Telluride (now Digitque) since I bought my Mountain Village home in 2014. I have always found the owner, Brian Werner to be somewhat arrogant, but usually my concerns were taken care of after pushing some. I stayed with the company because they were familiar with my home system, and I preferred not to start with a new company. For 5 years I have been having problems with the remote control in my family room. Brian was unable to have the initial remote work properly, and proceeded to sell me a very expensive one (Savant), which has also not worked very well. Despite the fact that Brian could not ever get the unit to operate properly, he was very prompt in billing me for his services. At this point, the unit is pretty much not operating at all. I texted Brian, and he told me he was too busy to return my call. I tried him again, asking for 2 minutes of his time, and did not get a response. He is just too busy for his customer of 5+ years. I would strongly urge anyone considering using this company to seriously rethink their decision. The owner is arrogant, aloof and really just doesn’t care about his customer’s needs. Very very sad. I am looking for another company to provide service. A simple call would be way better than my current situation."

"** Best Tech store in all Telluride. ** These guys really know how to build a tech store and specially what to sell. I have been several times in Telluride as a tourist and I love buying stuff from this store. Here you may find from simple cell phone accessories to mind blowing speakers. Everything they sell is unique, I mean they sell not only the good brands but also the good models. Many of the stuff that I can find in this store I have never seen before, even in the big common tech stores we all regularly visit. I give this guy’s thumbs up! They know what they are doing and they are doing it great! I love the fact that even all the stuff they sell as much as it could cost, still they have it on display for you to play around and see what you are buying. I love the idea of getting to know my products before I buy them. There is no other better way to buy your tech gear than knowing if you are going to be able to apply it for the use you want. Please notice the great service they have and let them know about the great job they are doing. There are not so much places left with great service so lets preserve the few we still got."

"I'm not sure if Matt owns this store - I think he does? And then Frank, another employee, who oddly enough looks a lot like Matt - he's great also. I love The Hub. Excellent customer service, they don't sweat it if you bring your dog inside and, for a small town computer electronics store, they do a very good job of carrying a high quality inventory while keeping their prices competitive with MSR. If I was a kid, I'd love this store. Remote control cars and airplanes (now called "drones"). They also have a really nice 4k Sony video system on display/for sale and a solid repair department to have one's computer fixed if something comes up (Durango and Montrose are both 89 miles from my home in Rico). Mainly, just always a pleasant experience with good communication skills who aren't anti-social, unlike some local computer consultants. "Nice" beats "good" every time, as one professional editor told me in L.A. career path, and The Hub is both."

"The HUB in Telluride is terrific. We heard they were reliable and experienced. They sold us three giant SONY monitors and a Sonos wireless audio system. The prices are the same as amazon or best buy. Easy to work with and very professional. Great Mac accessories and audio equipment. Five star. I would buy from the hub in telluride"
