"Bristol brewing in Colorado Springs was a fantastic brewery experience. First of all, the building that Bristol brewing is housed in is a wonderful old school building that is beautiful and historic. The inside was well designed and was spacious so you don't feel cramped in, like some other brewers. All of the beers I have tried here have been great. Friendly staff."

"Had a quick bite to eat here for the first time and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Went in to eat at noon on a Saturday and sat right down and wasn’t busy at all. Will definitely return."
"One of my all time favorite breweries and its located inside the renovated Ivywilde School. It has a great atmosphere and lots of different areas to sit, enjoy a beer, grab some food from down the hall, and connect with friends and family. Their permanent beer selections are all fantastic, and they always have some seasonal, smaller batch available. Beehive is the best honey wheat beer that you can find and laughing lab Scottish ale is always a good choice. Highly recommend this place to anyone who's living or visiting the springs. They also have a great lawn with games and places to sit outside."
"Place was awesome! Highly recommend. Probably one of the top spots in the springs. In an old school house which was really cool. There beers were all amazing and high quality. The other places to grab food were great too. Fun place and highly recommend. You will enjoy! Finally, my bartender was helpful and knowledgeable about the beers which was great!"
