"Go somewhere else. I used to love this liquor store. I've been here dozens of times and spent hundreds of dollars here but was recently denied because of a vertical ID(The same ID I've used dozens of times). I'm 22 years old and my license doesn't expire for another 2 years. Absolutely no reason they should be doing this. Never coming back again"
"Leaving 1 star is 1 to many. I have never been treated so terribly by a store employee. The only thing lucky about this place is that it is still in business. Apparently they have their back stock out on the floor and shares an aisle with stock. I was approached by their employee telling me that is was their back stock. I acknowledged to him that I heard him and that I was on a phone call he at that point countinued to interrupt my call then told me he didn't care that I was on the phone and pointed to the door for me to leave when I asked to talk to the manager, the manager had nothing to say as the employee was still being rude. I am a manager and if I found out one of my employees treated Any customer this way he would be terminated. There are a lot of people out there looking for work with much better customer service skills than the employees they currently have. I have never written a bad review, however this warrented one."
"The selection and the staff are awesome! I have been coming here for years, and they have a rewards program. The other day I dropped a bottle of vodka in the store and it completely shattered. Obviously, I was so embarrassed but the staff was very understanding and cool about it. Even though I wanted to pay for it, they didn't have me pay for it. This place rocks!"
