"Do not shop here. I got ripped off. I ordered Stella off doordash. Called to cancel the order because I would no longer be at that location. The guy on the phone said they would cancel but instead they completed my order and charged me $24 for goods I did not receive. Do not shop here they will just take your money and not refund you or provide any sort of support/service."
"Rancho Alegria is by far the worst place in the United States of America that I have visited ever! I asked, "When was this beef soup made?" As usually most places will make it and serve it for a couple of days before making a new batch. Their response was that it was fresh from today. When they brought the soup to me it had a bad smell and the meat was spotted all over with dark spots. The server said, "This is fresh, maybe you don't know your soups". I will never ever go there again!"
"Thee worst laziest store in the world. I can’t fathom how any delivery services use thes garbage employees.. The laziest Indians or whatever they are….Charge you and then tell you I don’t know but thank you…I get it it’s easy to get your business license but damn these people"
"This may be a fine liquor store for in person shopping, but I recommend avoiding Pecos Wine and Spirits (PW&S) if you're considering an online purchase. The store has cancelled delivery three times, twice due to weather and a third because of no driver. There was no snowpocalypse and you operate out of Denver, not Seattle. I would cancel the order but it was a gift. The partner company Drizly kept telling me to reschedule assuming the store can honor any delivery date and time that's in their system. This shows the challenges a business can face in attempting to provide online services. Drizly is finally going to look for a different store to fulfill the order."
"I ordered old fashioned supplies through this business on door dash. After two hours of waiting pecos wine marked my order as delivered - which it wasn’t. I then tried to contact them and they blocked my number. They are scammers and I would beware of giving them any kind of business. I am currently creating a claim through the BBB."
