"My wife & daughter went to purchase 2 bottles of BlackBerry Crown Royal at $32 per bottle. Unfortunately, my wife was not a regular customer & they refused to sell to her. Refusing service is not my idea of a flourishing business. If you only sell to your "Regulars," then state it on the Entrance Door! How does one become a "Regular?" Maybe the grumpy Asian guy hates making money. My daughter called in advance & he stated he would only sell 1 bottle to her. When they went in the store he said he was out of what they wanted. My daughter then reminded him she had just called, so he pulls a bottle of it from under the counter. My wife wanted a bottle too. He refused both because my wife reminded him they had called him. That's when he said they weren't "Regulars". Perhaps he doesn't do well with women who don't back down. Went to another liquor store south of 92 ave & Federal & they graciously sold 2 bottles for $30 each & my wife didn't even have to get out of the car (drive-thru). We will not set foot in FPL's store again or waste our time on such putrid customer service. By the way, you are now $64 bucks in the hole. Congratulations!"
