"I just recently moved in and got a complaint. Number one. Everyone should know living in apartments is going to be slightly uncomfortable. I refuse to be a prisoner in my own house by listening to music, which was not loud while cleaning up. I got a complaint other than that I love these apartments."

"DO NOT move in, would not recommend to anyone. Office staff does not take complaints seriously. I’ve put in my first complaints over loud neighbors after living here for a couple of months already, called security. Nothing gets done. Now I have neighbors making comments towards my front door camera over the complaints. Now to have to be uncomfortable for the rest of my long lease contract isn’t fair to me & my child who gets woken up every night due to the noise."

"I moved in just under a month ago and so far I am loving it! The grounds are well kept. The apartment is cozy and clean. I've been able to use the year round hot tub, which is a nice bonus. The staff is fantastic! They are friendly and responsive. They do fun activities and contests for the residents. I was worried about potential noise level because living in an apartment, some level of noise from neighbors should be expected. But I am happy to say that has not been an issue for me!"

"Review of Mesa Ridge Apartment Complex: My experience with Mesa Ridge Apartment Complex has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, it is evident that the apartments were built hastily, as the overall quality and construction leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the location of the complex on a flood area is concerning, especially considering I am familiar with the area's history of flooding. This poses a significant risk to residents' safety. One major issue is the lack of adequate lighting outside the buildings. It is alarming that residents are forced to navigate through dark areas behind the buildings, especially with the presence of large trees that provide hiding spots for anyone. I strongly believe that all these trees should be cut down immediately to ensure the safety of residents, as there is an imminent danger of potential crimes such as abductions, kidnappings, and burglaries. I have voiced my concerns and opinions regarding the lack of lighting and security measures to the staff, but unfortunately, they have shown no interest or inclination to address these issues. I feel ignored and dismissed. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that the staff has tampered with tenant portal account balances to cover up their actions of stealing money from tenants. The utility bills from GAU, which is owned by Griffis and Blessing, do not match the amounts shown on the tenant portal. This is a clear indication of fraudulent activities occurring within the management. I would also like to caution potential residents about the false promises made regarding move-in promo codes. Don't believe their claims, as they lie and never deliver on these promotions. It is evident that they discriminate against low-income or disabled individuals, which is completely unacceptable. On top of everything, I have noticed their grounds maintenance personnel constantly monitoring and following residents, acting as their informant. This invasion of privacy is absolutely inappropriate and should not be tolerated. In conclusion, I demand that the management refunds the money taken from my account and compensates me fully. I have kept screenshots from the beginning, documenting their actions and deceit. Mesa Ridge Apartment Complex has let me down on all fronts, from safety concerns to financial transparency and discriminatory behavior. I strongly advise anyone considering living here to rethink their decision."

"Do not recommend these apartments if you value privacy, we’ve been here nearly three months and when I say you can hear everything.. I mean you Can hear EVERYTHING. From dogs howling to the pillow talk from your neighbors above you. Every single morning myself and newborn get woken up at about 530am because that’s when the neighbors wake up and sounds like stomping around, I can even hear them turning on the light switch when they enter another room. I’ve made numerous phone calls to the office to address this and absolutely nothing has been done.. it’s so loud and uncomfortable. Extremely misleading, when viewing it it’s quiet, but once you move in, expect it to be like having a newborn, constantly not getting a single night worth of rest and dealing with loud excessive noise that you can’t stop. Not only the noise but when addressing it with the office (that they recommend when moving in “don’t try to resolve issues because it may cause more”) my neighbor above me comes knocking at my door at 8pm chest puffed out saying he “heard” about the noise complaint and I felt very threatened especially as a mother with a newborn facing this guy.. anyway, if I could give it negative stars I would."
