"We moved into our rental over a year ago and recently extended our lease for another year. Both Cassie and Kathy have always responded quickly to our questions and have addressed any maintenance issues promptly. One example is the microwave quit working and the heating element in the electric stove was going out. We contacted Cassie. She gave us permission to shop for a brand new stove and matching over the range microwave. Once we found new replacements Cassie arranged to have us purchase them, delivered to the rental, and installed. Cassie and Kathy allow us our privacy and only contact us when we needed. We love living here and are enjoying the rental."
