"Cannot speak highly enough of Action. Recently used them for sewer backup, dried out my carpet and walls, facilitated the removal and replacement of the pad and re-seaming of my carpet and finished with cleaning. The other time I used them for an apartment carpet cleaning where I had some mostly minor stains and a small one that was quite major. The carpet was immaculate when finished and I got my security deposit back in full. Brad was in constant contact both times with updates and options. As an insurance agent they will always be my first recommendation. Thanks for all your hard work team!"
"No Action Cleaning service. Came for initial visit to clean basement from sewer backup. Told us he was coming back next day to start the tear down. Never showed up, won't answer the phone or respond to text. Insurance agent finally got ahold of him and he told Insurance agent they had been back and would finish up the next day. He lied to insurance agent, 2 weeks later and still no response from him. Maybe he will vacuum your carpets but if its a job that actually requires work, find somebody else."
