"Do not trust them with anything. This company is highly unreliable in that they will not meet the delivery threshold. Only one person, the driver, was sent to deliver my item which was supposed to be delivered inside. The driver tried to leave my item in my driveway when it was snowing. When I refused to let him leave the item in the driveway, they told the vendor that I refused to cooperate with them. A quick research on this company will show that they purposely only send one person to save cost even though they are know that the item requires two people to be correctly delivered."

"I had a delivery from this company today. My order was delivered by a man with a heavy russian accent. I had called to let them know the elevator was no longer working due to the storm that occurred yesterday. I was informed that it shouldn't be an issue to help me get the item up the stairs. However, once we got it to the first landing I was then told that he could no longer help me and he left. So I was left with a heavy item that would take at least two people to move at the bottom of my apartment buildings stairwell. My cell phone didn't work in the stair well so I couldnt even make calls without exiting the building to try to get help. This was all after I had several issues just getting the item delivered in the first place it was originally supposed to arrive Friday. It had been shipped into Denver by Thursday night. However when I spoke to the company they told me it would be coming Monday. I already had to take Friday off and was just fortunate I could get back on the schedule that day. Then Monday morning after I had taken the day off, I was informed it would actually be delivered Wednesday. Once again I had to ask my job to reschedule my shifts. Finally get to Wednesday, today, and the item is delivered and I go through all this hassle. I was simply fortunate that another tenant was willing to help me carry the TV all the way up to where i live, which is only on the 5th floor. If you can help it never get shipments through this company. They are difficult to deal with and make scheduling for deliveries a headache. Avoid at all costs."

"One star is only because I can’t gice zero. This company is absolutely atrocious. I had to reschedule twice due to their inability to confirm the delivery would occur between the four hour window provided. Sure enough, I reorganize my schedule to accommodate theirs and I had to call them to learn that the earliest my couch would be delivered would be ~2 hours past the window. They only deliver Monday - Friday 9-1. I don’t think most people have schedules that allow for this, certainly if this company can’t even stick to their window. To remedy my situation, I was kindly offered to reschedule. This is laughable seeing that I’d have to wait again for the couch to maybe be deliverers ~2 hours past expected. By all means, avoid this group."

"Terrible service. Got a phone call on Monday and scheduled for Thursday. I called on Thursday to confirm time and was told the paperwork got put in Friday's schedule. Not going to be home on Friday thru the weekend so let's plan on Tuesday. They showed up on Saturday and left a notice on the door. I called on Tuesday to confirm once again. Again, was told I was not on the schedule. I took 2 days off without pay and was not going to take a 3rd day. No apologies or explanations. I called Home Depot and cancelled the order and told them this trucking business is costing them business."

"Scheduled for delivery one Friday, get a call an hour before window closes saying they are running 1 hour late. An hour and a half get a second call saw no they wouldn't make it and need to reschedule. They said they would call Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday) I called them at noon on Tuesday. Next available delivery was Friday. Given a 10 to 2 window, @ 150 I called looking for a status update. They were running behind again. Guy calls an hour late and I went to meet him at the gate. Guy was under the impression that he was just going to put it in my car, when it had been discussed multiple times he was to deliver to the house. If I could rate less than 1 star I would."
