"This place is a complete joke. Anytime I order packages that get shipped through USPS, chances are 2/10 I'll receive my package. Gets marked as delivered each time and nothing at my door or mailbox. Then when I go to this office, they ask me to write the tracking # just to tell me the carrier will check later if he put it in the wrong mailbox because they don't know where the package is. The employee at the window at this office also needs to have some positive energy and good manners when interacting with customers. They'll hire just about anybody nowadays at this so called post office. Ridiculous."

"they have 1.6 rating but should be 0! they refused to ship my package and i went to the usps down the road and they shipped it. there are some better usps than others and it isnt worth it to go to this one!"

"My mail Carrier is literally in the snow sinking through the snow trying to deliver my package. I would prefer they safety over package any day if he sick the whole week next week how I’m gona get the rest of my mail. Can you please do better on our mail carriers? This is not safe weather to be trying to deliver me some mail."

"I haven’t received any of my mail and I’ve lived at the same address for 5 months now. The mail person keeps taking my name off my mailbox and returning everything to sender. Edit: Originally gave them one star but I finally talked to someone and they found my most recent packages and got the issue fixed and my packages delivered to my mailbox the same day. I really wish I got the girls name that I talked to because she was amazing! Thanks!"

"Beware: No Retail Service Available at this location. It’s a fully functioning, post office, except for any tax payer that actually needs a functional post office. It’s no wonder our government is going into the dumps when our money is put into places like this supposedly public service that doesn’t actually help the public in anyway. Need to drop off a letter? Then you can drive out of your way, standing in line and hand it to somebody. That’s our tax dollars at work. What a ridiculous waste of time and a useless public service. Whoever’s in charge this place should be ashamed of themselves."
