"We went to an automated showing of the house at 10207 Bentwood only to find a chicken wing on the kitchen floor, boogers on the walls, trash in nooks of rooms, drawings on door jams, children's neon paint in the carpet, possible wood rot in the deck, and dog urine in the basement carpet. I called the company to speak with someone about this and not only did I have to go through a menu to reach someone but I had to do it twice and both times they said they'd have someone call me back within 24 hours. It's been 48 hours and the weekend is here so I'm assuming they just don't do legitimate business at this point. The bones of the house were great but it's super obvious to us that this company doesn't care about the house or prospective tenants if that's the condition that they'll let it stay in for showings. I guess we dodged a bullet. Thanks."

"Had great initial experience discussing renting our house and answering questions. However after one of their partners did a site visit during which all interactions and feedback seemed positive, we were completely ghosted. Multiple emails and calls went unreturned."

"This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a property manager. I've been a renter in several states (Florida, Houston, San Antonio, and Denver) and I have never encountered worst customer service. The property manager Diego does not manage the property. We've had maintenance requests open for months without any resolution. We've talked to him over the phone but that's not helped. He constantly says he has too many emails and can't keep up with the maintenance requests. As an example, the AC stopped working so we requested the maintenance to come fix it. It took them 2.5 weeks to schedule someone, in the middle of the summer heat. We asked Diego if he could expedite it but he said it wasn't a Denver law so they didn't have to expedite it. We also had a roof leaking inside our master bedroom. The roof started leaking in July after a tornado. It just got fixed and we're in December. Horrible living conditions, horrible communication, horrible property manager. The only thing I am not sure, is if the issues are solely with the property manager or the entire company has the same substandard service we've been receiving. Stay away from this company at all costs."

"Absolutely no “Integrity!” Family has been without heat for a week. Ben sent us 2 very small space heaters to heat a 2700sq/ft house, and probably a fire hazard if we run 24hrs. Clearly an idiot! 400lbs fence being held up for 6 months with a single 2x4, not very safe but Ben doesn’t care. Just reported Ben and the homeowner to the government. Avoid the headache and find a better business to work with. Protect your family from this fraud."

"We've never seen such lazy neighbors who refuse to do basic things like picking up leaves and shoveling snow. After several HRCA complaints every Fall, Integrity Realty & Management sends out someone's high school-aged kid to pick up leaves at 9828 Thornbury, but only after 90% of them blow onto surrounding houses. The irony in all of this is that we recently learned the name of the property management company. Integrity Realty and Management lacks exactly what they advertise."
