"I’d leave a 0 if I could… HORRIBLE customer service to local people. I’ve had a PO Box here for years… about a year and 1/2 ago my toddlers lost my key, in order to keep my business running, I had to ask staff 2 or 3 times to check my box for me. I later found my key. Fast forward a year plus later… my husband and I are running errands and I didn’t have my key but needed to check my PO box - this is the first time in over a year I’ve asked - the lady yelled at me in front of a group of people and tore this paper off the wall of hand written PO Box numbers that they “no longer will check” and mine was a scribbled number on it. Over a year later! Thanks for helping out a working mom in your community. If you have any chance to have your postal needs met somewhere else - anywhere else - especially if you are a local to Golden, DO IT. Here they actually go out of their way to be rude. The counter staff at this post office are a disgrace to the city of Golden."
