"Terrible. Always some kind of issue with loud noise and crazy residents. Not to mention people leaving dogs on porch that bark nonstop every day of the week sometimes late into the night and early morning. Also one of the residents has a huge dog he lets roam that runs around some nights attacking other owners taking their dogs out late night. Management is not concerned with any of the issues presented."

"Love the lay out of the apartments themselves .up against the mountain side .it's public land w/ all open space for cross country skiing , snowshoe , hiking or just letting ur dog run wild ( there r pet leash laws ) In front of building is the glenwood springs outdoor mall. The The apts Face the Colorado river and I-70 is 3 minutes away . Beyond that hwy 6 . There r 13 or 14 apartments in each buildings , that r marked from A - G or H (not exactly sure ??)( The way its layed out .. You do not have anyone right next to u on other side of wall. Each individual building is divided by a stairwell. No elevator and there r 4 floors . There's a computer room , gym room s/ big screen TV while u workout and a laundry room with a few washers and dryers . For tenants only . Lou is the manager Very friendly will answer ur questions and is on top of things ."
