"My friend locked the keys in the car at Walmart in a frantic looking for her credit card and wasn't paying attention that she set the keys down on the seat and then locked them in the car. This place was the only one open at the time. We called them and they were there in ten minutes and they were done in 2 minutes so I have to say great time and fast service. Thank you for saving us. "I was having an issue with starting my 2012 F-150 pickup truck. I was convinced it was the lock ignition mechanism. Found. Cody and he helped me look at it and troubleshoot it and so forth and so on. He gave me some very sound recommendations. Reassured me. He did not think this had anything to do with the actual locks, key etc. And I wanted to thank him so so very much for the help he provided to me. And I will definitely be calling him again when I'm in the area!"
"Was given estimate for a new key fob bc vehicle was broken into and only key was stolen. Price was $120 for fob and $80 to activate fob. Was then charged for a service call $75 + labor code int. $ 25 + labor program $80 + $120 fob, for grand total of $303.96. Apparently he charges per button that is pushed and doesn’t include the Labor charge ( labor for what? To push the button?). Service call? All we did was call and he would order it. This is obviously a facility that takes advantage of those who are desperate to get to work. May not be only lock smith that does this, but can only assume it’s not. Whom ever got paid $480 and hour"
