"The woman (with tattoos) at the register on Wednesday morning was extremely rude. Why is she still working there if all the bad reviews are about her? I honestly think they just hire the worst people they can find. You can easily go to another gas station nearby and be treated like a human being."

"If I could do no stars I would , the dark short haired woman in there was awful to us for parking at the pumps. Clearly all the bad reviews don’t mean anything to this business owner. We came with two large family’s who spend about $60 or more on snacks each . We used the restroom and left to spend our money across the street at the other 711, thanks to this woman. The other 711 is so much cleaner and the staff is very friendly. I hope something changes soon."

"I’ve never seen such horrible customer service in my life. I pulled up to a pump to get gas and run into the store for a restroom and snacks. This disgusting looking tattooed blond woman refused to give me the key because I hadn’t made a purchase. I went outside to start the pump and came back inside and she still refused to give me the key because I wasn’t with my vehicle while it was pumping. I went back outside to stop the pump and then went back inside only to be told I have to move my vehicle. At this point I’m literally doing the pee dance. I understand that her life didn’t amount to much and that she’s clearly a disappoint to those around her but does she really have to take her anguish out on customers? It’s disgusting that they allow people like her to work with customers."

"Another two thumbs way down for the woman with the short, dark hair and tattoos. She makes you feel like a criminal for asking to use the restroom. Pretty sure it's there for customers, which I was. She clearly hates herself because she used to smoke crystal and now works at a gas station. Not my problem, lady."

"Extremely rude attendant. Stopped on a road trip. I have a little girl who had to run in to use the restroom. We were also buying road trip snacks. She said no bathroom key without purchase. I said we are purchasing I promise. Could we just use the restroom first since she really has to go she said nope! No key unless you purchase in the rudest tone. Just because your in a bad area doesn’t mean you need to be so rude. Guess that’s the attitude we get with such a horrible gas station. We pulled up in a brand new truck so I wonder why she doubted we would purchase? Never go to this gas station!"
